The talent development platform Eye4Talent unites sports players, coaches and talent scouts. The idea is to accelerate talent development by empowering player and coach through digitalised development and analysis tools, and provide the talent scout with a digital work platform delivering a complete overview of the talents.

The goal of this project is to test and adapt Eye4Talent’s new Player Universe module in cooperation with University of Southern Denmark, and two Danish soccer clubs with a dedicated talent development approach.

Second pair of eyes paved the way for improvement

Eye4Talent asked us to review the company’s existing application for the Market Development Fund. In doing this, we identified the areas which needed further scoping and development. We then provided specific ideas for improvement to make sure Eye4Talent would know where to focus their work. Based on our recommendations, Eye4Talent carefully revised the application, making sure the necessary optimisation was made.
