Full-service application

Leave the responsibility of the entire application process to us. We prepare the content with input and feedback from you, assist with budget planning and work package description, and we coordinate the work with your project partners. The result is a well-prepared application, which will significantly increase your chance of success. We also provide you with a coaching session in case the application process includes an oral presentation of your project. 
Price: EUR 7,000-24,000 (excluding success fee).

Application revision and optimisation

Your company has in-house resources for writing the entire application, but wants an expert opinion before submission. On the basis of your application, we review and make concrete recommendations, and optimise it in terms of content, focus and language.
Price: EUR 700-2,000 (excluding success fee).

Resubmission

We can help improve a rejected application. On the basis of your written material and the grounds of rejection, we identify various possibilities to improve the application.
Price: EUR 700-2,000 (excluding success fee).

Contract negotiations

Once the application has been approved, your company must go through contract negotiations with the funding authority and conclude the final partner agreement. We help carry out both of these negotiation processes, including the preparation of the final partnership agreement.
Price: EUR 150/hour or a fixed price as agreed.

Project administration 

The financial grant is conditioned by your compliance with the rules of reporting. We can manage the on-going administration, project management and reporting to the funding authority on behalf of the project coordinator. The service includes registration tool setup, reporting of hours and costs, as well as the final financial report.
